Web Sites I like -- for inspiration, for support, for motivation, for beautiful gifts, great food and just because.   

The communities that are listed are fabulous for any entrepreneur, but especially for women and I've either become an active member or learned tremendously from their forums and boards or have met the founders and owners of the sites in person and they've left a positive impact on me and are fabulous savvy social marketers online and offline.   They are motivated by a desire to help others and share openly.   Twitter is a new tool, like facebook and linked in but so much easier and dynamic that I use daily to download my thoughts, journal my day and share inspiration and ideas with others.   I love that the online brands especially are carving out a wonderful virtual world for entrepreneurs (including moms) with a vision and they work each day to support and celebrate the successes of others who pursue their passions no matter what the industry.  Explore and enjoy!

I'll be sharing my new blog and tips and other places I like to visit online for inspiration, motivation and to learn as I continue on my own journey to transform my "Vision into Victory" using the same fundamental methods that I developed when I advised and mentored other women and entrepreneurs on how to translate their ideas into business ventures.

I am now truly enjoying having found my personal bliss in this new journey of my own.   My blog, Be A Catalyst - Transform Your Vision Into Victory will launch soon as part of the online Catalyst Cafe Community subsite that's in the works.  I've enjoyed a varied career as an MBA with fabulous experiences both in the US and abroad inventing, building and transforming billion dollar fortune 50 brands as well as private small businesses in hospitality, food, internet, technology, infrastructure, spa & wellness, the arts and service sectors and have also coached authors, radio personalities and other fabulous speakers on how to shape and grow their personal brands.  I've even had the privilege of being invited to participate in a trade mission with the US Government a few years ago along with other business women to help train and share our experiences with emerging women entrepreneurs in Tunisia & Alegeria.  But, it the title of Mompreneur (trademarked by Ellen Parllipiano and Pat Cobe of www.mompreneursonline.com) that I love most and I look forward to now helping other entrepreneurs, particularly women, transform and commercialize their creative ideas. 

Two websites in particular belong to two local business women who have been a source of support as I launched officially over the past two years.  First, Jolie Crowder of www.DinnerZen.com in Reston VA, who offered the opportunity to lease her kitchen space and became a valued resource as I learned to navigate the world of food production as demand has grown for my products.  She has a beautiful facility and she's a fabulous chef to boot. 

The second is Ria Benedict of www.Ilovemecollection.com  This dynamic & inspirational speaker and I met while my son was watching planes fly across the sky two years ago during a chance conversation after a networking event for Ladies Who Launch.  She ended up being my second official paying customer at my first test market event and invited me to join her at various shows she was scheduled for two years ago to learn about how to do direct to consumer selling & "holiday shows" and further test my brands.  A special thank you for her support. 

There are so many other fantastic entreprenuers and innovators I have met during the past two years as I've attended conferences and shows and I'll be sharing their stories in my monthly newsletter as part of my mission to help and support other entreprenuers.
